Starting today, Telegram Premium subscribers who choose to hide their last activity time will be able to see the last login time of users who did not hide it.
Please note: you will only see another user’s last activity time if they have not hidden their online status from you. Having a Telegram Premium subscription does not allow you to bypass the privacy settings of other users.
